HTML help is Micro$oft's proprietary help system which uses ActiveX
technology.

See http://www.microsoft.com/workshop/author/htmlhelp/home-f.htm.

NetHelp, created by Netscape, is--guess what?--also proprietary as it
only runs under Navigator 4.0 (And I really had hopes it would be an
open tool... Nah...)

See http://developer.netscape.com/one/nethelp/nethelp.html
