User Information Specialists
Two positions
Full-time/permanent
(will consider part-time and freelance candidates)
Brainstorm Technologies is looking for user information specialists to work
in the Madison, Wisconsin office. The project you will be working on is a
child protective services application to be used by Milwaukee County. Your
primary focus will be on writing the user guides/training guides. As the
project progresses, you will help create the online help, technical guides,
and project documentation. You may also be called upon to assist when we
train case workers to use the application.
Qualifications
? Three or more years of work experience and a B.A. or B.S. degree in
English,
Technical Communications, or a related field.
? Experience creating user documentation. Online help experience is a plus.
? Experience in instructional design and software training is desired.
? Working knowledge of Windows 95 or NT 4.0 and MS Word, and familiarity
with
spreadsheet and graphics packages.
