Actually, the site solicits your resume, for which you receive the
right to download a course on JavaSCRIPT or LiveWire (Netscape's
compiled, server-side scripting language...sort of its own CGI).
Too bad--I'm just now finishing a course on JavaScript, and it'd be
nice to download a course on Java.
For me, taking a JS class has been very good in understanding
object-oriented principles, without the overhead of learning a dense
language such as C(++), Java, or Objective C. Too, it's helped me be
able to document a proprietary scripting language.
