Is anyone working on a "knowledgebase"? I just took a job working with
an Apriori knowledgebase that allows customers to access support
information over the Internet via a product called SupportNet.

I'm interested in conversing with others doing similar work. Please
email me directly. (If any resulting exchanges merit, we can post them
to the list.)

FYI - A knowledgebase is a database containing various documents created
during the software support and/or development process. The idea is to
capture the information so others can use it as building blocks in
problem solving.

Thanks.

Ruth
