Subject:Graphics on screen vs. reality in Word 97 From:Scott Cover <COVER_SCOTT_L -at- CAT -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 14 Aug 1997 14:43:59 -0500
First off, let me thank everyone who responded to my questions on
corruption in Word master documents, I abandoned that approach after
hearing very little good about it. Now for the next problem.
I am working on a document that is graphics heavy. In place of "Click
the Reset button..." it has been decided that Click (graphic of
button) will be used. While it is a minor nightmare resizing and
wrapping, I can deal with that. The problem I am having is when I try
to see that what I have done looks right.
Word, in page-layout view skews things all over the place, but when I
look at it in print preview, it is fine. Is there a way to refresh
the view to show changes or some other way to see if what I have done
works without having to flip back and forth to print preview?
I saw a couple posts that critisized Word's WYSIWYG, but is there a
solution?
Thanks again for the help,
