If you are conducting research, shouldn't you be stating the specifics
of what you are investigating if you want useful answers? It sounds more
like you're interested in collecting opinions than doing research.

Maybe points 1 and 2 from your post are worth discussing since they, at
least somewhat vaguely, refer to research that was (maybe) published
somewhere.

As for the remainder, you're asking people to respond to (mainly) vague
generalizations. I don't see what you can expect to generate from this
other than rants, flames, and counter-flames.
