Mike,

Having worked on a project in association with IBM, I have had to deal
with the very problems you face. For screen grabs, PMCAMERA is very hard
to beat. It ranks in my top 5 favorite screen capture utilities,
regardless of platform. You can find PMCAMERA at a variety of shareware
sites, or you can email me for a zipped copy of it.

As for converting WinHelp to OS/2 IPF files, you'll want to look at a
product called SMART. I forget the name of the folks who make SMART, but
they were very helpful in getting us a copy about two years ago. SMART
inputs a Windows help file and spits out an IPF file. The IPF usually
requires some fine-tuning, but it beats the heck out of writing it from
scratch.
