Hello everyone,

Even I was wondering about blank pages.  This page intentionally left
blank is boring.  In fact, I have created some Windows NT tips as a box
item to use in the blank pages.  This is a sort of newspaper/magazine
filler technique.  Of course, I have not yet talked this with the client
-- a world leader bank.  Right now, the blank pages are blank -- with no
headers and footers.  I will leave it that way, until someone points it
out.  Because I know, the tips idea is a little ahead of time....
