Thanks to all who replied to my query about jewelbox booklets.

Replies ranged from Installing
>..., Getting Started with ..., and ... User Guide.

I think I've settled on Virginia's "Getting Started With..."
Avoids the claim that it's a real User's Manual.

and calling them Jewelcases rather than ~box.
