TechComm List back in business!

As list members will be all too aware, over the weekend, a problem
arose from a member's mail server bouncing messages back to the list,
with hew headers.

Unfortunately, Matthew (who hosts the list) and I were both away for
the UK public holiday, so it wasn't fixed until Tuesday evening, UK
time.

Profuse apologies for the many unwanted messages -- I ended up getting
three copies of each, so I know how it feels!

Many subscribers sensibly decided to unsubscribe until the problem was
resolved. There are messages passing properly again, and there are no
bounces -- I think all is now well!

Apart from the few members who made things worse by posting petulant
messages saying that they were leaving the list, never to return
(thereby making the problem significantly worse), I'd like to sound
the all clear to everyone, and invite them back on board.
