Netscape Gold 2.0, 2.01, 2.02, 3.0, and 3.01 can also do the editing and
ALL versions will run without being online. The problem is that
Netscape usually requires one to LICENSE the software to include it on a
CD. They do have support for all of the major Operating Systems that
the other browser (namely MSIE) do not.
