Thanks to Phillip Wilkerson and I. Scott (?) for responses. I had
thought that PDFWriter and Distiller were supposed to do the same thing,
except that the input for Distiller was a PS file. Seems to me the
logical next enhancement for Acrobat would be to have the installation
include the Adobe PS driver and just have PDFWriter transparently write
to it and then automatically run the results through the Distiller.
