You'll probably get a chance to meet and interview/be interviewed by
many of the people that you would be working with.

My advice is to show some interest in the people who interview you. Ask
them about their educational backgrounds and career paths. Make them
feel that you are interviewing them almost as much as they are
interviewing you. Everyone likes to have someone take an interest in
them. And after all, if you're a top quality employee, you need some
assurance that you're not going to be working with a bunch of bozos,
don't you? (If you ARE a bozo, then I guess you WOULD want to work with
your kindred spirits ;-) )
