A half-day interview, as bizzare as it may sound, helps you get a better
sense of the organization you may be working for. It also gives them the
opportunity to do the same. You may be interviewing with more than one
person.
FOr a intern position (the one I now have) I had a 8 HOUR interview.
Basically I met for 45 minutes to an hour with each of the people I
would be working with.
