Unfortunately I won't be in Toronto for the conference, but I have
traveled there two or three times in the past...
I worked through my bank to get a supply of Canadian currency ahead of
time so I wouldn't arrive with nothing. Once in Toronto, I used the old
ATM card when necessary to add to my cash-on-hand.
If I had extra Canadian cash when I got back home, again, my bank
handled the exchange.
