While access to current, accurate "bad company" information would
certainly be valuable (especially to contractors), I think we ought to
go to the heart of the problem and figure out a way to make information
on bad bosses and bad managers available.
A "bad" company can go to a good one practically overnight when the
right manager leaves. I've seen it happen.
