Consider it simply news. "Joe Writer reported that he hasn't been paid yet for an outstanding invoice dated Sept 96."
It is informational. And what will it do? It won't stop companies from doing what they do. And it doesn't represent a potential revenue loss to the companies. It will simply help writers who are thinking about doing work for them. (Who to avoid.)

If and only if such a list would be based on hard facts, not opinion.
For example, if an employer was consistently late in payments or didn't
offer benefits, or something like that. Some working environments are fine
with some and not fine with others and it wouldn't be fair to ridicule a
company for something that in the big picture doesn't matter.
