To those of you who use screen shots... do you have any tricks for
improving the quality of a greyscale image?

And to those of you thinking "why don't you hire an artist"... we *do*
have artists, but they are very busy and probably can't get to this
before my deadline.

And to those of you thinking "a little more planning and a little
less procrastination would help"... tell me something I _don't _
know! :-)

Thanks
Tracy
