I hope this intrepid soul has a good lawyer. Publishing a "bad
employers" list on the web? Not a good idea, in my opinion. In fact, a
downright dangerous idea, since it could result in a few libel suits.

Of course, I'm not a laywer, and I don't even play one on TV.
