list the "good" versus the "bad" but to come up with a
non-litigatable (if that's a word) scheme to show that, for
example three different freelancers have had bad experiences
with "Bill 'n' Ted's Awsum Warez Compnee", not that
"Jane Bloggs" is suing them for breach of contract.

If the "bad" list is only 2% of the companies, then we're
probably doing very well as a profession. I'd have guessed
that freelancers would put that number a fair bit higher...
