Atlanta has been a hot market for a while. Nashville seems to be the up
and coming city here in the south. Huntsville and Birmingham have been
steady. Huntsville's unemployment rate was at 1.7% earlier this year.
The climate and the cost of living (especially Nashville) are very good.
A 40K salary in Nashville provides the same standard of living as an
80K salary in Silicon valley.
