There are a couple of books on the market, *Developing Online Help for
Windows 95" by Boggan, Farkas, & Welinske, (beginning/intermediate
audience) and * Designing Windows 95 Help: A Guide for Creating Online
Documents* by Deaton & Lockett-Zubak (intermediate/advanced audience).
Both books (which are invaluable for less-than-expert help authors)
include sections evalauting winhelp tools. Cheryl Lockett-Zubak also
published a booklet called (something like) *A Real-World Look at Help
Authoring Tools* and she and Mary Deaton both conduct seminars on how to
choose an authoring tool.
