SoftMed Systems is a rapidly growing company that specializes in Windows-based software for
automating medical records management and transcription. We are currently seeking an
experienced technical writing contractor to develop online help for Windows 95 applications.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience writing task-based user documentation for Windows applications.
* Experience in designing and developing online help for end users.
* Familiarity with Microsoft standards for documentation and online help.
* Experience with online help development tools; RoboHelp 4.0 preferred.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows 95 and MS Word 7.0.
* Ability to work on-site at our Bethesda facility (no telecommuters, please).
Start Date: Immediately
Project length: Minimum two to three months, additional work likely
