Well, that depends, since there seems to be no "standard" for email
anymore, what with things like Exchange using Word for a mail editor
and such.

If you're sending to someone using Netscape's built-in mail feature,
you can just enter it in HTML format, ie. <a
href="http://www.my.page.com";>Click here!</a>

With my mailreader, PMMail, I can simply highlight any URL in a
message, right-click it, and select "Explore URL" from the popup menu.
