Diane,

HTML will do the trick for you. Online help as HTML is only
cross-platform in Netscape's version--NetHelp, so check that out. Both
RoboHelp (Blue Sky) and Doc-To-Help (Wextech) will convert an existing
help file to HTML. Which tool to pick depend on other variables you
didn't identify, so take a look at both.
