Wow, tough situation. Any possibility of taking command of
the situation yourself? I realize this may not be possible in
some corporate cultures, but it may be worth a try.
Based on what you've already done, you probably have a
pretty good idea about what you can produce in the time
you have.
Talk to your management and tell them what you can deliver:
They can either have a small chunk done completely and accurately,
or they can have a large chunk done to draft quality, with all of
the inaccuracies and problems that you get with draft documentation.
They can't have it all done and polished. Tell them it's their choice,
but they have to make up their minds (although you might want
to word it a little more diplomatically ;-).
