An anonymous poster wondered how to manage change at a
growing company. Well, Anon. (mind if I call you Ann?),
based on the description you provided it seems like you
need one thing above all else: to appoint one person with
the responsibility for implementing the changes AND with
the authority to do so. It sounds like your president is
the big obstacle, and you'll need him to hand off the
necessary authority to this person before anything else
will work.
