Crash Course in Word for non-writers

Has anyone developed and taught a short course on Word for non-
writers? If you have, would you be willing to share information with

Currently the non-writers in our development team use
Word 7.0/Win95, but do not know many tips, tricks, or shortcuts.
They already have a general understanding of Word. However, they
don't fully use the features. Because we share and reuse a lot of
documents, the "shortcuts" they currently use for formatting (like
using the tab key to achieve paragraph formatting) may cause
problems

FYI, the documents they create are for internal use only. They are
not creating end-user documentation. The types of documents the
development team creates are use cases, outlines, minutes, etc. to
aid in the development of software.

I've offered to teach a short class on Tips and Tricks in Word --
nothing too comprehensive.  At most the class will be 1-2 hours.

Some of the things to possibly include in the class include:
        - using the standard toolbar and formatting toolbar
        - standard shortcuts (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-C, etc.)
        - paragraph formatting and numbering
        - creating forms and templates for standard documents

If you have any ideas, suggestions, or additions, I would love to
hear from you.
