Hi, fellow Techwhirlers & fellow Cisco-ite:

During some usability testing I observed a couple weeks ago, one of the
tasks assigned to the testers was to remove/deinstall/uninstall the
software. This being a Windows 95-based utility, all the users said they
expected the removal utility (which was named "Remove") to be named
"Uninstall". As the Borg say, resistance is futile--we're taking their
advice (No, you will not hear me use the word "cave".)

OTOH, in the Win 3.x version, we're keeping the name "Remove" because
"Uninstall" has too many letters. What's that quote about consistency and
hobgoblins?
