Now Wayne, you deliberately misread that. Clearly I was referring
to the practice hiring those folks who resemble you in certain ways.
If you hire only white men because you are a white man, that is
illegal. Hiring only English majors because you have an English
degree is not, nor is the reverse.

I must learn to not be so elliptical in my postings. That cut and paste
feature can deliver some great quotes out of context if you wield it
without inhibition.
