Word Macro for cross-referencing

Subject: Word Macro for cross-referencing

Does anyone on the list know of a Word macro that will find and insert a
page number for a cross-reference in a paper manual?
For example:
"See Phase II, page NN, for more information."

This might require WordBasic skills far beyond mine.
I appreciate your help.
