OK, I knew I was trouble as soon as I hit the send
button... yes, I know of head lice etc. (my son got them a
while back from a classmate, as did my sister, who's a
teacher)... I just didn't want to raise the issue here.
Unless, of course, some poor unfortunate has the task of
documenting how to remove the little suckers and needs some
advice? Anyway, my point was that lice are still pretty
much the exception to our lives, not the rule (as they were
when the terms "nitpicking" and "lousy" came into
existence).
