Greetings,

I am completing my master's degree in technical and professional
communications at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA, and
I am turning to the list for some help with my research paper.

My research paper deals with the communications process between groups while
collaborating on a scientific visualization. I am trying to examine the
relationship between the communicators and the visualization process due to
the technological advances made in this field (virtual reality, CAD
software, etc.), and how the two ends can change as the project progresses.
The operative word is trying.

I have selected a site for a case study of the process, but I could use some
more background in the meantime. If you are involved with such a project at
this time or have been recently, I would like to hear/read about it. If you
know a facility that might be agreeable to an interview about the subject, I
would like that, too.

Please respond to me off-list via e-mail if you can help. By the way, I have
been lurking on this list for about a year now, and have gleaned a great
deal from it. I am enjoying the great resume debate.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide,
Jeff
