Browserless Internet training

Has anybody ever heard of such a thing as "browserless Internet
training"? My girlfriend saw an ad for a seminar on this at a
Multimedia tradeshow, and neither of us has a clue as to
what this could mean.

Please reply to me directly if you've heard of this.
