NPAD macro "virus"

Subject: NPAD macro "virus"

Does anyone know what the NPAD macro does to Word files? One file
infected displayed a quick moving banner message across the status bar
about Indonesia (!)
MacAfee does detect and clean it. However, my particular infection keeps
reappearing.
Any advice you all can offer will be appreciated.

This is no fun.

Thanks.
