Since you're using Doc-To-Help 1.6 probably the best way to combine a Help
system is to create an "master" Help file consisting solely of jumps to
the "subordinate" Help files in your project. Linking smaller files
together will make the Make Into Help process go more smoothly by
eliminating bottlenecks associated with large files. The modularity of the
help system files will also facilitate revisions. All this can be done
with minimal noticeable effects to the end user of the help system. For
