Kevin Montgomery <kmontgomery -at- LOGICON -dot- COM> ". . .cashed in my old college
credits, and got a shiny new BS degree" at a 'credit bank'.

Kevin, this is in no way a criticism of your choice or your abilities,
but if I had read your resume last week without having seen your message
yesterday, I suspect I would have thought "Hmph! Diploma mill". It
wouldn't have put you out of the running, but in a tight field, it might
have meant the difference between getting and not getting an interview. **

This 'credit bank' system simply shifts the question of certification
from TWs to institutions; maybe a good thing when you think about it.
