Subject:Review Process From:"Steinberg, Stacie" <ssteinbe -at- LANVISION -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 5 Dec 1996 08:05:41 -0500
Does anyone have experience with review processes? Specifically, a plan
to set one up, put it in place, and maintain it there. I would like to
get one started as a formal procedure vs the informal way I have been
doing it. Feedback so far states that it has to be bought into by
management first, then write up a plan with a form, etc. I wanted
something formal, but less time-consuming. I thought a form would help.
Please send examples, horror stories, etc.
Thank you,
Stacie Steinberg
