Perhaps all Gina Watts needs to do is come up with guidelines for
documentation (how she'll go about doing the job) that incorporates
other areas of the firm and their input to the finished written product.
It's not easy to do, but for a presentation she only needs a general
overview ( done in nice, stylish Powerpoint slides). The fine detail can
come later.
A slightly different view than justifying your existence. If they don't
now why you're there, take the money and run.
