We are seeking one to two writers to develop online documentation for a
customized SAP system. The client is a large international company which
specializes in concrete and construction materials.

The finished product will consist of approximately 350 help files. We
are currently using RoboHelp 95, and are going to move to RoboHelp 4.0.
Approximately 75% of the files will be developed from scripts (about
1,400 of them)of how to perform sub-activities, written in Word 7.0, and
converted using RoboHelp. These scripts will be written by system
designers.

Our primary tasks are editing the scripts, converting to RoboHelp
(including screen captures), embeding context-sensitive links in each
topic, and compiling and testing the help files. This work must be done
quickly.

The contract will last approximately 6 months and will require working
50 hour weeks.

A degree in English or Journalism preferred. Excellent editing abilities
are required.You should have demonstrated abilities to work
independently and meet deadlines. Experience with RoboHelp, or similar
WinHelp authoring system is desired.  However, we will consider someone
who has previous experience writing user documentation, and would like
to get the RoboHelp experience added to their resume', while spending
the winter in the sunny South.
