within a few hours I got some response from Netscape - mentally, this company

I should clarify a detail:

as soon as I start Netscape Navigator 3 for Win31, I can hardly start another
application. What I wished to express was: If you do not watch out, your HTML
browser will use more resources than your application.
I did not mention Microsoft Explorer which would have about the same problems:
Microsoft intends to do all of the MS-Windows surface in HTML. Within two
years
or so many of us will write online help using some HTML dialect.
In the meantime your programmers could buy toolboxes they insert in their
programs. You can do this quite easily with HTML 2.0, but this does not lead
to "cool" surfaces.
