Bristol Technology (http://www.bristol.com), the developer of HyperHelp, does not offer an
authoring tool, but ForeFront, the developer of ForeHelp, does sell a
UNIX version of their WYSIWYG help authoring tool. Alas, this still
does not provide a Macintosh solution.

For what it's worth, the HyperHelp compiler also accepts SGML and
Frame MIF files (among others) as help source, and provides a HyperHelp Bridge
product to convert the resulting UNIX help file to RTF and HPJ source
for Windows.
