Paul David Marvel[SMTP:marvel -at- UDEL -dot- EDU] asked about the up-and-down thing
on the keyboard:
>>
Any ideas about what to call the "logical or" symbol on the keyboard--the
up-and-down thing that usually resides above the front slash? My audience
will not understand "logical or" ...
<<
It is also called a pipe, but if they don't understand "logical or", they
won't get pipe either. Vertical bar is probably your safest bet.
