You will perform writing tasks on complex documentation projects
requiring effective planning, scheduling, research and writing.
Minimum 1 year experience in a technical writing/documentation
environment combined with good research and writing skills,
applications knowledge, and user awareness. Broad understanding of
documentation process and ability to meet schedules while
maintaining quality of work. Good working knowledge of PC desktop
publishing and graphics, preferably FrameMaker or FrameBuilder.
Two positions available: one specializing in user documentation and
online help, one specializing in technical documentation.
