There's a device called Neat-O that makes, well, neato CD labels
using a laser printer. It also has some kind of gizmo (gizm-o?) to
make applying the labels easier. I've never seen it in action, but
I've seen the finished product and it looks good. I don't have the
manufacturer's address, but they advertise in the back of computer
magazines, and here's at least one place that sells them:
