We have a contract opening for:

POSITION: Trainer and Course Developer

LOCATION: Menlo Park, CA

CONTRACT DESCRIPTION:

This job requires a person with excellent written and verbal communication
skills who will develop and manage the evolution of all courseware for a
software sales application. The individual will be required to establish
courseware objectives and standards, define project plans for courseware
development and develop all materials for instructor-led courses. This
individual will help define the certification program for trainers. The
individual requires a strong background in instructional design and must be
capable of delivering training sessions for trainers on all the newly
developed and updated courseware.

Must have application and database experience and must be able to work
closely with the engineering staff to develop course materials.

REQUIREMENTS:
*) 3-4 years of curriculum development experience
*) Technical background in software applications and database
development
*) Able to deliver instructor training sessions
*) Strong presentation and classroom training skills
required.
*) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*) Degree in Education/Instructional Design, English,
Technical Writing or equivalent
