How about:
"When a writer completes a draft in your company, how many people review the
draft? Do the reviewers include other writers, editors, developers, testers,
marketeers? How much time is usually devoted to the review?"
This will probably get you a pretty good feel. If the interviewer says
"You review your own work." I have one suggestion:
