TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
The TechWr-L searchable archive is back up and running (more or less, at
this point).
We have upgraded the search engine and it should be MUCH faster now. We will
be completing the upgrade over the next few days. When the new search engine
is fully in place, we will be supporting a variety of searching options,
including boolean searches and sorting. With so many articles available,
this should be a big improvement.
Please send comments or feature requests to me. We'll implement the ones
that are practical.
