Note: I sent this out yesterday but received a mail failure. It didn't
appear in the email list by this morning so I'm assuming it really did
fail. If it does post twice, please accept my apologies in advance. It's
a good thing Eric keeps on top of this stuff to help us novices. Thanks
Eric.

I'm about to embark on publishing our Branch newsletter. I've had a
little experience but need advice on the best software tool to use for
this new challenge.
I work with Microsoft Office Pro (Win95 version) and would like to
continue using Word 7.0 to develop and edit articles. However, a good
layout software would save me a lot of time.
I tried Microsoft Publisher for Windows 3.1 a couple of years ago but
wasn't very impressed with it. I found it to be very tedious to move
text around. Unless they've done remarkable things to it for the Windows
95 version, I'd rather save my money.
If possible, I'm looking for a reasonably priced software (under $100)
that will do the job. If your recommendations are over that then I'll
need to be able to justify the purchase to my company. So if you really
think I should go for a higher priced ticket item your reasons for
justification would be appreciated. I need all the help I can get!
Thanks everyone!
