On-line Help Instructional Designer
Northern Trust is currently looking for an on-line help instructional
designer to join the Training Team of one of the key business units
within the bank.
Summary: Designs, develops and programs on-line help screens.
Consults with subject matter experts in systems and product groups to
ensure help is accurate and usable by client. Develops and test
on-line help programs.
Knowledge/skills: On-line help with instructional design, development
and Robohelp experience required. (On-line help with another
programming tool would be acceptable as well)
